Job Purpose:  Assist Regional Superintendent with running field office through managing all office operations and administrative support for superintendents, foreman and field personnel.

Job Duties: 

Management of Field Office

·  Human Resources

o  Keep time for all assigned crews as well as Superintendent while maintaining an accurate and updated spreadsheet containing employee hours

o  Assist timekeeper with entering time in Skymira

o  Process new hire and termination paperwork and various HR forms regarding employee status

·  Maintain complete log sheet concerning tickets leaving the office

·  Dispatch truck drivers to locations based upon information given by Superintendent and Foremen

·  Maintain purchase order log for any purchases made in the office or field work area

·  Place orders for various supplies and accept deliveries

·  Research and contact vendors for supplies needed by foremen on jobs

·  Copy and file all receipts flowing through office; prepare expense reports

·  Act as liaison between field personnel and corporate office

·  Keep certifications up to date on chart recorders and deadweights

·  CDL and DOT logging (DVIR, ECR forms)

·  Reception- answer telephone and greet all visitors

·  Other duties as assigned

Skills/Qualifications:  High School diploma.  Knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Two or more years administrative experience preparing reports and organizing workflow.  Customer service orientation.  Attention to detail, initiative, and reliability. Experience and skill working on a team.
